The Water Fed Pole System

The Water Fed Pole (WFP) system involves pumping highly purified water through a water poling system, where the brush removes dirt and static, and de-ionised water rinses, leaving your windows with an unbelievably sparkling, clear and smear-free finish.

As well as removing the need for chemicals and detergents making this an environmentally friendly and ‘green’ cleaning service, the Water Fed Pole system is also operated from the ground, thus eliminating any Health & Safety issues associated with ladders and cradles.

This has revolutionised the window cleaning industry. The system is equally as suitable for domestic cleaning as it is commercial window cleaning, and it provides a safe, cost-effective solution compared to traditional window cleaning methods.

It has been an interesting experience introducing the new system to clients. For years people have expected to see the operator up a ladder or in a cradle or cherry picker with their buckets, cloths and shammy leather!

The ‘magic’ of the process is in the water filtration and purification. Water is supplied to a particulate filter which removes large particles of dirt and sediment. It is then processed through a carbon filter which removes
organic chemicals and chlorine. From there it is transferred to the reverse osmosis process removing 95-98% of any calcium and minerals.

The final stage is where de-ionising resin removes any remaining calcium, sulphate and alkaline in the water source.

The WFP system then involves pumping the purified water from the tank up a pole to the brush. The windows are then left to dry naturally, and with no residues, will be left smear-free and will stay cleaner for longer.
 

The telescopic poles can routinely reach up to 40 feet (higher poles extending up to 60 feet can be supplied by prior arrangement).
 

This equipment and system is perfect for cleaning all aspects
of a property or business. It is ideal for signage, shop fronts, fascia’s, soffits and cladding, exterior doors and frames, UPVC panelling, glass roof and skylight cleaning and conservatories. The pole system enables us to access areas of commercial and industrial premises that may have previously been too difficult or too dangerous to reach from a ladder.

With the tightening of Health & Safety legislation, the WFP system also gives you peace of mind. Our window cleaning operators are fully insured; but eliminating the use of ladders makes this a safe and secure process.

It also has the benefits that there will be no ladder damage to gardens, lawns or planted areas, and the purified water means that no unwanted chemicals will be seeping onto flowers and shrubs.
