Accident Reporting:
Reporting of Accidents and Near Misses at Work
Staff and Subcontractors are required to report any and all injuries sustained at work.
Please complete the S.Phillips Window Cleaning Company Limited Accident Report and ensure it is recieved by the Managing Director on the same day as the accident or near miss occurred or as soon as possible.
Failure to report certain kinds of accidents and near misses defined by RIDDOR can have severe reprocussions to all those involved. Every effort should be made to report an incident as promptly as possible
Management will then investigate the incident and make the appropriate reports to the HSE.
